Our Centre is a not-for-profit association and is run by a Management Committee of volunteer parents. Without a Committee, we cannot run our Centre.

The centre is run by a volunteer parent committee that meets every term throughout the year to discuss issues relating to the running of the centre. Each year a committee is elected at the annual general meeting, all parents are encouraged to help in any way they can.

In order to continue running the Centre, we must have the following Office Bearers and at least three ordinary Committee members. The office-bearers of the association are as follows:

• The President
• The Vice President
• The Treasurer
• The Secretary
• The Public Officer

At the AGM members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about HNCCA’s operations and finances
• ask questions about the operations and finances of HNCCA
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the annual report
• accept the auditor’s report
• accept the financial statements
• appoint and pay an auditor.
• elect the Management Committee for the coming year
